Full job description

Pexaworks builds custom software, AI platforms, mobile apps, and websites for businesses across SaaS, AI/ML, IoT, Web 3.0, logistics, and e-commerce. We turn complex engineering into products people actually enjoy using — and now we need a writer who can turn that same complexity into content people actually want to read.
We're looking for a Technical Content Writer who can sit down with an engineer, understand what was just built, and come away with a blog post, a landing page, or a social post that makes it make sense — without dumbing it down. Since this role also owns our social media and digital marketing content, fluency in Kannada (in addition to English) is required for that part of the work.
What You'll Be Doing

Technical Blogging – Write in-depth blog posts and articles on software development, AI/ML, cloud, IoT, and emerging tech — the kind that demonstrate real expertise, not generic filler.
Website Content – Write and refine core website copy: service pages, landing pages, case studies, and success stories that clearly explain what Pexaworks builds and why it matters.
SEO Content Writing – Research keywords, structure content for search intent, and write optimized copy (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking) that ranks and converts.
Social Media & Digital Marketing Content (Kannada + English) – Write and manage posts for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other platforms in both English and Kannada, translating technical work into content that gets attention and drives engagement with regional and national audiences. Plan and support digital marketing campaigns that require Kannada-language creative and copy.
Case Studies & Success Stories – Interview internal teams and turn project outcomes into compelling, credible success stories.
AI-Assisted Content Workflows – Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to speed up research, drafting, and repurposing including for Kannada social content while ensuring every final piece is fact-checked, edited, and sounds human.
Brand Voice – Maintain a consistent Pexaworks tone across all content, in English and, where applicable, Kannada: confident, clear, and technically credible.
Content Planning – Contribute to content calendars, pitch topic ideas based on product updates and industry trends, and support campaign planning with the marketing team.
Collaboration – Work closely with engineers, designers, and business teams to source accurate technical information and align messaging.
Editing & QA – Proofread and fact-check all content for technical accuracy, grammar, and clarity before publishing, in both languages where relevant.

What We're Looking For
Must-Haves

Professional fluency in Kannada and English, specifically for writing and managing social media and digital marketing content in Kannada — reading, writing, and speaking.
1 year of experience writing technical or B2B tech content (blogs, website copy, whitepapers, or similar) — a portfolio is required.
Demonstrated ability to understand and explain technical concepts (software development, AI/ML, cloud, or similar domains) in clear, engaging language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals — keyword research, on-page optimization, content structuring for search.
Proven social media content writing experience — understands what works on LinkedIn/X/Instagram for a B2B tech audience, and can adapt that for Kannada-speaking audiences.
Comfortable using AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) as part of a research and drafting workflow, with the judgment to edit, verify, and elevate AI output rather than publish it as-is.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail, in both English and Kannada.
Ability to interview subject-matter experts (engineers, product leads) and translate technical conversations into content.
Self-starter who can manage multiple content pieces and deadlines independently.

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
Experience writing case studies or success stories for a software/IT services company.
Basic understanding of the SaaS, AI/ML, IoT, or Web3 space.
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress) and content collaboration tools (Google Docs, Notion, Grammarly).
A background in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
Prior experience managing digital marketing campaigns in Kannada-speaking markets.
