About the Role
As aSiteOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents and bugs across TD SYNNEX digital platforms. You’ll combine hands-on technical skills with strong incident and stakeholder management, ensuring issues are triaged, investigated, communicated and resolved, with the underlying aim to prevent a re-occurance.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, DevOps, Security, QA, and Business teams, acting as a key operational representative within the Digital Business unit. This role can be basedanywhere in Europe or APJ (subject to local hiring entity).
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage incidents, ensuring correct triage, prioritization,investigation and resolution within SLAs
- Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate with architects and developers ontechnical solutions for bugs
- EnsureP1–P4 incidents are tracked, managed, and resolved within agreed SLAs
- Identify recurring issues and platform trends to reduce incident volume and improve reliability
- Act aschange lead for bug fixes and operational improvements
- Maintain high-quality incident and backlog management, ensuring accurate reporting and data hygiene
- Mentor and support other SiteOps team members
- Build strong working relationships withSecurity, DevOps, QA, Development, UX, Architecture, and Business teams
- Continuously develop expertise in TD SYNNEX web solutions and operational processes
- Support the in-house SiteOps development team with technical debt tasks to ensure a bug free platform
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years’ experience developing or supporting web solutions usingC# .NET
- Solid understanding ofincident and change management (ITIL v4 exposure is a plus)
- Strong knowledge ofC# (.NET Framework),ASP.NET MVC, andREST APIs
- Experience usingobservability tools (e.g. Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus)
- Experience withlog analysis tools (e.g. Datadog, Graylog, Log Analytics, AppInsights)
- Experience working inAgile / Scrum environments
- Proven ability tolead incidents through to resolution
- Comfortable working acrossdistributed, multicultural teams
- Fluent inEnglish (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Strong stakeholder-facing experience in operational or customer-impacting roles
- Experience governing and reporting onSLAs
- Hands-on experience withDocker andKubernetes
- Relevant certifications in ITIL, cloud platforms, or observability tools
