JOB DESCRIPTION – COMPUTER OPERATOR

Company: Dyna Energy Solutions LLP (MAXTRONEV)
Position: Computer Operator
Department: Administration / Operations
Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-proficient Computer Operator to manage day-to-day computer operations, data entry, documentation, records, and administrative support. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Office and be comfortable handling data accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate and timely data entry and updating of company records.
Maintain and organize digital and physical documents.
Prepare reports, statements, letters, and other documents as required.
Handle MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office for daily office work.
Maintain databases, registers, records, and files.
Enter and verify data received from different departments.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data and documents.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Stores, Purchase, Production, and other departments.
Maintain proper backup and filing of important computer records.
Handle emails, printing, scanning, photocopying, and other computer-related office activities.
Assist in preparing MIS reports and maintaining departmental records.
Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents.
Perform other computer and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of email and internet applications.
Strong data-entry and documentation skills.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to maintain records systematically.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Educational Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate from a recognized board/university.
Computer certification or relevant computer course will be an added advantage.

Experience

1–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, MIS Executive, or in a similar role.
Freshers with good computer and MS Office skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Willing to learn and take responsibility.
Good command of written and spoken communication.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office/manufacturing environment.
Candidates residing in Bhiwandi and nearby areas will be preferred.
Local candidates who can conveniently commute to the workplace are preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
