About the Role
Edvirexa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, approaching prospective customers, conducting field visits, explaining company products/services, building customer relationships, and converting prospects into successful customers.
The candidate should be confident, energetic, good at communication, comfortable with field sales, and capable of working toward assigned sales targets.
Probation Period & Compensation
The selected candidate will initially be placed under a 3 to 6 months probation period on an incentive-based structure.
During the probation period, performance will be evaluated based on:
- Lead generation
- Customer acquisition
- Field visits and meetings
- Sales conversions
- Revenue generation
- Achievement of assigned targets
- Follow-up and customer handling
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Attendance, discipline, and consistency
- Overall contribution to the organization
The probation period may be extended by the company if the candidate's performance does not meet the required standards or additional evaluation time is required.
In case of consistently unsatisfactory performance, failure to meet assigned responsibilities or targets, misconduct, or other valid organizational reasons, the company may discontinue the engagement during or after the probation period, subject to applicable company policies and law.
After successful completion of the probation period, the company may offer a permanent employment position, along with the applicable salary and incentive structure, based on the candidate's performance and organizational requirements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Field Sales
- Visit potential customers, businesses, institutions, and other assigned locations.
- Generate leads through direct field visits and networking.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain the company's products and services.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and demonstrations where required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned areas.
- Conduct regular follow-ups after meetings and demonstrations.
- Convert field-generated leads into successful sales.
- Maintain records of field visits, meetings, leads, and conversions.
2. Lead Generation & Sales
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, social media, references, campaigns, and other channels.
- Contact prospective customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate with customers within the company's approved guidelines.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and packages.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate important information to management.
- Assist with customer onboarding and post-sales coordination when required.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, field visits, follow-ups, and sales.
- Update CRM/software or sales trackers regularly.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager, Team Leader, Marketing Team, Operations Team, and other departments.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Follow company sales processes, policies, and reporting procedures.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with previous experience in Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, EdTech, BFSI, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.

Important Employment Note
The 3–6 month probation period will be incentive-based. Successful completion of probation does not automatically guarantee a specific salary, designation, or permanent employment; the final employment terms will be determined based on performance, business requirements, and applicable company policies.
The employee will be expected to comply with company policies, sales targets, reporting requirements, professional conduct standards, and field-sales responsibilities throughout the engagement.
