MedWynk is hiring for one of its leading clients in the Medical Devices & Diagnostics industry.

Position: Territory Manager – IVD Sales

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience Required:

6–8+ Years

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Manager with strong exposure to the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing channel partners, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive territory sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Develop new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
Manage and expand relationships with dealers, distributors, diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, customer presentations, and commercial discussions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales forecasts.
Ensure timely closure of opportunities and effective pipeline management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and service support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Manage collections and outstanding payments as per company policies.
Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and other business development activities.

Preferred Industry Experience:

IVD Diagnostics
Hematology Analyzers
Cell Counters
IVD Reagents & Controls
Clinical Diagnostics

Desired Skills:

Strong territory sales and business development experience.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Experience in dealer/distributor management.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Background:

Candidates currently working with IVD, Diagnostics, Hematology Analyzer, Clinical Diagnostics, or related Medical Device organizations will be preferred.

Qualification:

MBA (Sales & Marketing), OR
B.E./B.Tech, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, OR
Diploma in relevant engineering discipline.
