Full job description

AeroSports is a growing family entertainment business offering trampoline parks, birthday parties, arcade games, attractions, group events, food and entertainment for families, children, teens and adults.

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist / SEO Manager to help increase AeroSports' visibility on Google and other search engines and drive more website traffic, bookings, birthday parties, memberships and local customers.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing AeroSports' SEO strategy, including:

Local SEO

Improve Google rankings for AeroSports locations
Optimize Google Business Profiles
Improve local search visibility and Google Maps rankings
Develop location-specific SEO strategies
Build and manage local citations and relevant backlinks
Optimize location pages for cities and surrounding communities
Identify opportunities to rank for searches such as:
Trampoline park near me
Birthday party venues
Kids birthday parties
Family entertainment
Things to do with kids
Indoor activities
Group activities
Teen activities
Corporate events
School field trips

Website SEO

Perform technical SEO audits
Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings and internal links
Improve website structure and crawlability
Identify and fix SEO issues
Optimize images and page performance
Improve Core Web Vitals and overall website performance
Create SEO-friendly landing pages
Develop location and attraction pages
Implement structured data / Schema markup
Monitor indexing and search engine coverage

Content Strategy

Perform keyword research
Develop a monthly SEO content plan
Create or manage high-quality blog content
Identify high-value commercial keywords
Develop pages targeting nearby cities and communities
Optimize existing website content
Create content around attractions, birthday parties, events and family activities

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor Google Search Console
Monitor Google Analytics
Track keyword rankings
Track organic traffic
Track conversions and bookings generated from organic search
Identify ranking opportunities
Provide monthly SEO reports
Recommend improvements based on performance data

Competitor Research

Analyze competing trampoline parks and family entertainment centres
Identify competitor keywords
Analyze competitor backlinks and content
Find opportunities where AeroSports can outrank competitors
Monitor changes in local search results

Required Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong knowledge of Local SEO
Experience with Google Search Console
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience with Google Business Profile optimization
Strong keyword research skills
Understanding of technical SEO
Understanding of on-page SEO
Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz or similar
Understanding of Schema / structured data
Strong written English
Ability to analyze SEO data and turn it into actionable recommendations

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is an asset:

Local businesses with multiple locations
Family entertainment centres
Trampoline parks
Hospitality or recreation businesses
Birthday party businesses
WordPress or Next.js websites
E-commerce or online booking websites
Google Business Profile management
Link-building campaigns
Multi-location SEO

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will be measured by business results, not simply the number of articles published.

Key goals include:

Increased organic Google traffic
Improved rankings for high-value keywords
Increased Google Maps visibility
Increased local search visibility
More organic website bookings
More birthday party inquiries
More membership inquiries
Increased visibility across AeroSports locations
Growth in non-branded organic searches

Important

We are looking for someone who can actually execute SEO, not simply provide generic SEO recommendations.

Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate previous SEO results and provide examples of websites or businesses they have helped grow through organic search.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
