About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to drive organic growth through strategic search engine optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, keyword research, AI-driven search trends, and performance analysis. The role requires staying up to date with Google's evolving algorithms, Search Generative Experience (SGE), AI-powered search, and industry best practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities aligned with business objectives.
Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and user experience for search performance.
Monitor and adapt strategies based on search engine algorithm updates.

Technical SEO

Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
Identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, rendering, and site performance issues.
Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, schema markup, and structured data.
Improve Core Web Vitals and page experience metrics.
Work closely with developers to implement SEO best practices.

On-Page SEO

Optimize landing pages, blogs, and website content.
Develop content briefs based on search intent and keyword opportunities.
Ensure proper implementation of title tags, meta descriptions, headers, image optimization, and internal linking.
Support content teams with SEO-driven content recommendations.

Off-Page SEO & Authority Building

Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies.
Conduct backlink analysis and competitor benchmarking.
Monitor website authority and backlink health.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze SEO performance using industry-standard tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Measure rankings, traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics.
Provide actionable insights to improve organic growth.

AI Search & Emerging Trends

Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences and generative search platforms.
Understand AEO and GEO along with best practices to get results.
Monitor developments in Google AI Overviews and evolving search behaviors.
Leverage AI tools for content optimization, keyword analysis, and workflow efficiency.
Implement Entity SEO and topical authority strategies.

Required SkillsMust-Have

3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Strong understanding of Technical SEO and On-Page SEO.
Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
Experience with schema markup and structured data.
Strong understanding of search intent and content optimization.
Advanced keyword research and competitor analysis skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
