Full job description

Akanksha Women’s Hospital is looking for a friendly, responsible and well-presented Receptionist to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients and visitors, managing appointments, handling phone calls, assisting with patient registration, maintaining records and coordinating with doctors and hospital staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors.
Manage appointments and patient registration.
Handle incoming calls and patient enquiries.
Maintain reception records and basic documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other departments.
Perform basic computer and data-entry work.
Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Requirements:

Fresher candidates are welcome.
Good Bengali & English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Polite, professional and patient-friendly attitude.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Previous hospital/reception experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
