Position Details :-
●Position: UI/UX Designer
●Experience: 1+ Years
●Location: Sector 62, Noida — Near Aakash Invictus
●Working Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
● Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
●Working Days: 6 Days a Week
●Employment Type: Full-Time
●Laptop: Mandatory
About the Role:-
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can independently contribute to the design lifecycle — from understanding user requirements and creating wireframes to designing polished interfaces and supporting development.
You’ll work closely with product, development, and business teams to create experiences that are simple, functional, visually appealing, and user-focused.
Key Responsibilities:-
●Design intuitive and engaging web & mobile interfaces
●Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
●Design responsive experiences across web and mobile platforms
●Understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
●Conduct basic user research and usability analysis
●Build and maintain reusable design components and design systems
●Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
●Review designs and continuously improve user experience
●Create clean, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces
●Maintain visual consistency across digital products
●Support product teams from concept to final implementation
Required Skills:-
●1+ year of professional UI/UX Design experience
●Strong understanding of UI design and UX principles
●Hands-on experience with Figma
●Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and design systems
●Good understanding of responsive web & mobile design
●Strong visual design and attention to detail
●Understanding of typography, colors, spacing, grids, and layout
●Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product teams
●Good communication and problem-solving skills
●Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines
