We are looking for a highly driven Field Sales & Strategic Alliance Manager who can build strong partnerships within the pet ecosystem and generate a referral-driven business pipeline.
Job Role
As a Field Sales & Strategic Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, generating referral business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth for domestic and international pet relocation services.
This role requires strong networking skills, relationship-building abilities, and on-ground market expansion experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development
Build and manage alliances with:
Veterinary clinics & pet hospitals
Pet shops & pet food distributors
Grooming salons & boarding centers
Pet trainers & pet walkers
Breeders, shelters & NGOs
Luxury pet services & exotic pet segments
Corporate HR and relocation consultants
Develop referral partnerships, commission-based tie-ups, and exclusive collaborations.
Sales & Revenue Generation
* Generate and convert referral and direct leads
* Handle end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closure
* Promote domestic and international pet relocation services
* Achieve monthly revenue and closure targets
Market Expansion
* Conduct city-wise market mapping
* Identify premium pet ownership zones
* Expand business across metro, Tier 1, and Tier 2 cities
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Relationship Management
* Maintain strong relationships with alliance partners
* Conduct regular visits and engagement activities
* Organize awareness sessions and partner training
* Ensure repeat business and long-term collaboration
Brand Building
* Increase visibility of the brand within the pet ecosystem
* Collaborate on pet events, exhibitions, and co-branded campaigns
* Position the company as a trusted and compliant pet relocation partner
Coordination & Reporting
* Work closely with the Head and the manager for smooth service execution
* Maintain records of leads, partnerships, conversions, and revenue
* Share weekly and monthly performance reports
* Ensure timely payment follow-ups and commercial coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
* Experience in field sales, partnerships, B2B sales, or business development
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Comfortable with field visits and networking
* Passion for pets and the pet industry is a major advantage
* Ability to work independently and drive targets
