Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned SAP Project Manager with strong experience managing S4HANA upgrades S4 1909 to S4 2025 and postupgrade support engagements The role requires endtoend ownership of upgrade programs stakeholder management risk mitigation and stabilization support while ensuring delivery quality timelines and budget adherence
Work shift 2pm to 11pm IST
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage SAP S4HANA upgrade programs including S4 1909 to S4 2025 conversions technical and functional tracks
Own endtoend project governance across prepare explore realize deploy and stabilize phases
Coordinate with functional technical Basis ABAP BI and integration teams during upgrade and support phases
Manage cutover golive and hypercaresupport activities ensuring smooth business continuity
Track and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies including custom code adaptation SPAUSPDD testing and data reconciliation
Act as the primary client interface managing stakeholder expectations communication and steering committee updates
Drive scope schedule cost and resource management across upgrade and ongoing support workstreams
Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology quality gates and delivery standards
Identify postupgrade optimization and enhancement opportunities to support account growth and delivery revenue
Required Skills Experience
10 years of SAP delivery experience with 5 years as a Project Manager
Proven experience managing S4HANA upgrades specifically
S4HANA 1909 S4HANA 2025 or similar releases
Brownfield andor system conversion projects
Strong experience handling AMS support engagements post golive
Solid understanding of
SAP Activate methodology
SAP S4HANA landscapes
Testing cycles SIT UAT cutover and hypercare
Experience managing multivendor onsiteoffshore delivery models
Strong financial and commercial awareness budget tracking forecasting change control
