We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer who can build high-performance websites and contribute to delivering premium digital experiences for our clients.
Role Overview
We are seeking a WordPress Developer who can design, develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, website optimization, and basic SEO implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites for clients and internal projects.
- Build responsive and mobile-friendly website layouts.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements.
- Create websites using Elementor and custom HTML/CSS when required.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and user experience.
- Integrate forms, CRM tools, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and third-party applications.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices during website development.
- Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and compatibility problems.
- Ensure website security, backups, and regular updates.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to execute projects efficiently.
- Manage website migration, hosting, domain configuration, and DNS settings when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS.
- Experience with Elementor (Free and Pro).
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Knowledge of website speed optimization.
- Experience with hosting platforms such as Hostinger, GoDaddy, Cloudways, etc.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Experience in plugin integration and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of PHP and MySQL will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in WordPress development.
- Portfolio of live WordPress websites.
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies is preferred.
Performance Expectations
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Deliver websites within project timelines.
- Maintain high website performance scores.
- Ensure responsive design across all devices.
- Follow clean coding and development practices.
- Support ongoing website maintenance and improvements.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Compensation
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
