Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Development Manager (.NET Core) to lead our software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable enterprise applications, managing a team of developers, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high coding standards.
This role requires strong technical expertise in .NET Core along with proven team management and project handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET Core developers.
Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET Core.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Product).
Plan sprint activities, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
Troubleshoot critical production issues and ensure quick resolution.
Drive performance optimization and system improvements.
Ensure documentation and compliance with internal standards.
Technical Skills Required
Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
Proficiency in C#, Web API, MVC
Experience with Entity Framework / EF Core
Strong knowledge of SQL Server
Experience with Microservices Architecture
Knowledge of Azure / AWS Cloud
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)
Basic knowledge of frontend technologies like Angular / React (added advantage)
Leadership & Managerial Skills
Proven team leadership experience (5+ years managing team)
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week with 2nd and 4th Saturdays as weekly off”
