We are looking for smart and research-oriented freshers for a full-time role at Cybernext, a digital marketing and web services agency.
This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in marketing, social media, content, communication, research, coordination, or agency work.
The selected candidate will not be limited to one fixed department and may work across different areas such as marketing research, social media support, client research, HR coordination, business development support, documentation, and internal follow-ups.
We are looking for someone with excellent English, logical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to understand and execute tasks responsibly.
Research topics related to digital marketing, social media, websites, competitors, campaigns, industries, and client requirements.
Collect marketing references, social media ideas, website examples, content references, and competitor insights.
Prepare simple documents, summaries, trackers, notes, comparison sheets, and action points.
Support internal teams with research and coordination related to marketing, content, websites, and digital projects.
Assist with HR-related coordination such as candidate research, shortlisting, interview follow-ups, and test tracking.
Support business development-related research, client research, and internal coordination.
Coordinate with team members to collect updates, organize information, and close follow-ups.
Be open to flexible timings when required. At times, the work schedule may include a few hours during late evening or night, depending on business priorities.
Freshers or candidates with internship exposure in social media, PR, content, marketing, communication, research, or coordination can apply.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong research ability and willingness to learn.
Good logical thinking and common sense.
Good documentation and basic writing skills.
Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, job portals, ChatGPT, and online research.
Interest in digital marketing, websites, content, social media, communication, and online business.
Ability to follow instructions, take ownership, and complete tasks responsibly.
Comfortable working from office in Mohali.
Should be comfortable with flexible working hours when required.
Prior internship, college project, content work, social media work, PR work, or research-based experience.
Basic understanding of social media, content, branding, websites, or digital marketing.
Comfort with using AI tools for research, writing, summaries, and documentation.
Ability to create simple reports, trackers, and presentation-style documents.
