Key Responsibilities:

Source fabrics, trims, laces, embellishments, and other raw materials from vendors and suppliers.
Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams for smooth execution of collections and orders.
Manage product development activities including sampling, approvals, and production follow-ups.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality standards with suppliers and manufacturers.
Track purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
Ensure timely availability of materials to meet production requirements.
Monitor product quality and coordinate with vendors to resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of orders, vendor communications, costing sheets, and production updates.
Conduct market research on fabric trends, sourcing opportunities, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and optimize costs.
Prepare reports, MIS, and merchandising updates using Excel.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in textile merchandising, fabric sourcing, garment merchandising, or apparel manufacturing.
Strong understanding of fabrics, textile processes, sourcing, and production workflows.
Experience working with textile vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers.
Good knowledge of costing, order management, and production planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
