Job Title: QA Engineer / Software Test Engineer
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Experience: 3 – 4 Years
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Weekly)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer / Software Test Engineer with strong experience in Mobile Application Testing, Selenium, and Appium to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, API validation, defect tracking, and ensuring high-quality software releases in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Perform end-to-end Mobile Application Testing (Android/iOS), including functional, regression, compatibility, and usability testing.
Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Appium.
Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
Analyze application logs, device logs, ADB logs, and server logs for debugging and issue investigation.
Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tools.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Contribute to test automation frameworks and improve test coverage.
Provide QA status updates, test reports, and release sign-offs.

Must-Have Skills

3 – 4 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
Strong hands-on experience with Appium for Android and iOS testing.
Solid experience in Mobile Application Testing.
Good understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
Experience in API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Strong debugging and analytical skills.

Good to Have

Experience with TestNG, Maven, REST Assured.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Exposure to automation framework development and maintenance.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
