Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to join LSquare Eco Products Pvt. Ltd. The BDM will identify and develop new business opportunities, foster relationships with clients, and contribute to the company's growth in the eco-friendly packaging sector.
The ideal candidate will possess strong market insights, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities Key Areas and Responsibilities Business Opportunity Identification
- Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities with both existing clients and potential new clients.
- Expand the company's market reach.
Lead Generation
- Prospect and develop new business leads through networking, industry events, and other channels.
Sales Plan Implementation
- Design and execute new sales plans.
Market Analysis
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify potential areas for growth.
Presentation and Proposals
- Work closely with the sales, operation, and production teams to ensure that customer requirements are met effectively.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and prepare regular reports for management review.
Qualifications Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
- Familiarity with the packaging industry and market trends is a plus.
- Excellent local industry connections.
Additional Requirements Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in CRM or similar platforms.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the packaging or related industry.
- In-depth understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
- Ability to manage time effectively and plan strategically.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of the packaging market is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Should be confident to take up an individual contributor role with shared team support.
Compensation and Benefits Travel & Allowance
- TA and DA as per company policy for work-related travel only.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
