1. Production Planning and Monitoring
1.1. Plan daily machine, manpower, and material requirements.
1.2. Oversee production planning and job work processes.
1.3. Conduct daily meetings with line supervisors to review PPC status, take proactive actions as needed, and report to the Plant Head.
1.4. Followup with Jobworkers and internal team for material and parts requirements.
1.5. Transfer material and Chhol to another departments.
2. Raw Material Management
2.1. Prepare a detailed forecast of raw material requirements and submit a formal request to the Plant Head.
2.2. Ensure raw materials are procured as per the required composition, as per drawing and as per ISO standard.
2.3. Monitor material inward inspection reports for raw materials and job workers.
3. Production and Quality Control
3.1. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met.
3.2. Manufacture products in accordance with standards and drawings.
3.3. Regularly review in-process inspection reports and ensure their proper documentation.
3.4. To Ensure and Submit PDIR reports promptly to the Dispatch department.
3.5. Check all ISO-related reports to ensure compliance with required standards and timely filled up.
3.6. Implement and maintain ZED, lean management & 5S practices to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
4. Machine and Equipment Maintenance
4.1. Monitor and evaluate machine breakdown reports.
4.2. Ensure timely calibration of quality tools and weighing machines as per schedule.
4.3. Oversee preventive maintenance of machinery.
4.4. Identify automation opportunities and process improvements, analyze cost-cutting possibilities, and provide actionable suggestions to the HOD.
4.5. Manage all equipment provided by company like Computer, printer, Vernier, Micrometer, Guages etc.
5. Team Management and Training
5.1. Provide proper training to new joined and existing Operators and Helper .
5.2. Make a proper Induction sheet and Conduct induction training for new hires as per sheet
5.3. Hold regular daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with the Shop floor production team.
5.4. Address and resolve Operators and helpers’ issues tactfully.
5.5. Provide timely training for line supervisors.
5.6. Take feedback from team members on process improvements and cost reduction while motivating them.
5.7. Motivate Helper to learn how to operate, Repair and setup machines to take bigger role as operator by giving continuous training and support to grow their skills.
6. Process and Compliance
6.1. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company sustainability practices.
6.2. Ensure all Documentation of employee training for ISO and ZED certifications are filled up and upto date.
6.3. Maintain cleanliness in machines and shop floor and implement 5S activities in the production area to enhance workplace organization and efficiency.
6.4. Create SOPs for new systems or machinery implemented.
6.5. Implement ZED certification rules to promote zero defects and zero effect principles.
7. Safety and Inspections
7.1. Ensure all employees wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE kit) like safety shoes, helmet, hand gloves and earplug.
7.2. Instructs operators and helper never place hands or any body parts near moving machine components.
7.3. Regularly inspect and maintain safety guards and emergency stop button on all machines
7.4. Ensure all workers know fire exit and how to use fire extinguishers in case of emergency.
8. Inventory and Reporting
8.1. Manage inventory levels of raw materials, ensuring timely replenishment.
8.2. Review and evaluate daily production reports.
8.3. Approve daily work orders to align with production goals.
Pay: ₹20,234.22 - ₹30,450.90 per month
