Job Summary
Women Pride Hospital & IVF is looking for a dedicated Ultrasound Report Typist / Coordinator to assist doctors in preparing accurate ultrasound reports, maintaining records, and coordinating patient report delivery.
The candidate should have good typing speed, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of medical terminology.
Key ResponsibilitiesReport Typing
- Type ultrasound reports accurately in English.
- Prepare and print reports as per doctor's findings.
- Ensure timely completion of reports.
- Maintain report formatting and quality standards.
Patient Coordination
- Coordinate with patients for report collection.
- Assist in managing patient flow in the ultrasound department.
- Handle basic patient queries related to reports.
Documentation & Records
- Maintain ultrasound report records.
- Upload reports into hospital software.
- Ensure proper filing and data management.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Department Coordination
- Coordinate with Radiologist / Sonologist.
- Assist reception and billing team when required.
- Support smooth operation of the ultrasound department.
EligibilityQualification
- Graduate / 12th Pass with Computer Knowledge
Experience
- Experience in Ultrasound Centre, Radiology Centre, Diagnostic Centre or Hospital preferred.
- Freshers with excellent typing skills may also apply.
