Key Responsibilities Product Management
▸ Develop and execute product strategies for the Gynecology and IVF portfolio to achieve market share and revenue objectives.
▸ Conduct thorough market analysis including competitive landscaping, customer insights, and therapy area trends.
▸ Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns, materials, and go-to-market plans.
▸ Work closely with the Medical Affairs and Regulatory teams for product approvals, lifecycle management, and label expansions.
▸ Monitor product performance through sales data, field feedback, and KPI dashboards; recommend corrective actions as needed.
▸ Support pricing strategies and tender management in coordination with the commercial team.
Training & Field Enablement
▸ Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programmes for the field sales force on Gyn & IVF products, therapy areas, and selling skills.
▸ Create engaging training content — including e-modules, presentations, clinical monographs, FAQs, and role-play scenarios.
▸ Conduct induction training for new medical representatives and refresher programmes for existing teams.
▸ Facilitate workshops, CME programmes, and round-table discussions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
▸ Assess training effectiveness through field visits, knowledge tests, and performance reviews; continuously improve training curricula.
▸ Act as the primary product knowledge resource and escalation point for the sales team.
New Product Launch (Added Advantage)
▸ Lead or support the end-to-end launch of new Gyn & IVF products — from pre-launch planning through commercialisation.
▸ Develop launch toolkits including detailing aids, patient education materials, KOL engagement plans, and market access strategies.
▸ Coordinate cross-functional launch teams spanning Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales.
▸ Track launch performance against defined metrics and adapt strategies to optimise market uptake.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education : B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc Life Sciences / MBA (Marketing) or equivalent. Additional qualification in Reproductive Medicine is a plus.
Experience : Minimum 4–5 years in Product Management and/or Training within Gyn & IVF specialty. Experience in Pharma/MedTech companies with a Gyn/IVF portfolio is mandatory.
Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of Gynecological therapies (hormonal treatments, endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids) and IVF protocols (stimulation, ART procedures, embryology basics).
New Product Launch :Prior experience in managing or supporting new product launches is highly preferred and will be considered a significant added advantage.
Skills & Competencies Must-Have
▸ Deep clinical knowledge of Gynecology & IVF therapeutic areas
▸ Proven experience in product management within Pharma/MedTech
▸ Excellent training facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
▸ Ability to develop scientific and promotional content from medical literature
▸ Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with sales data and market research
▸ Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel; LMS tools preferred
Good to Have
▸ Experience in KOL management and CME/advisory board facilitation
▸ Exposure to digital marketing and omnichannel promotional strategies
▸ Understanding of regulatory pathways for Gyn & IVF products in India
▸ Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
