Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Identify and attract qualified talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and manage HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and appraisal letters.
Facilitate seamless employee onboarding and exit formalities while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely processing of employee-related information.
Support employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and workplace culture development.
Address employee queries and provide HR support on company policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
