Sr. Sales Engineer (Electrical Sales)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sr.Sales Engineer with 2–3 years of proven experience in electrical product sales. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong sales acumen to drive business growth, build client relationships, and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical products sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and operations) to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Must-Have Skills
- Good knowledge of electrical products, systems, and solutions preferable Switchgear and LT panels
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer benefits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in electrical sales or technical sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
