Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with 3–5 years of experience in technology sales and business development. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in cloud sales, with AWS experience being highly preferred.
This role is responsible for generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, customer engagement, and partner collaboration, contributing to the growth of Cloud Migration, Application Modernization, Data & Analytics, GenAI, DevOps, Security, and Managed Services business.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and engage prospective customers through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and partner referrals.
- Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the sales and solution teams.
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure Managers, and Engineering Leaders.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects across assigned territories and industries.
Customer Engagement
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, existing infrastructure, cloud adoption strategies, and modernization initiatives.
- Qualify opportunities based on business requirements, technical fit, budget, timeline, and decision-making processes.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects and nurture opportunities through the sales cycle.
Cloud & Partner Collaboration
- Work closely with AWS teams and internal stakeholders to identify and pursue cloud transformation opportunities.
- Support initiatives around Cloud Migration, Modernization, Data & Analytics, AI/GenAI, DevOps, Security, and Managed Services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, webinars, events, and lead follow-up activities.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, activity logs, opportunity status, and pipeline reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up and effective tracking of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Technology Sales, or IT Services Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling cloud services, cloud consulting, managed services, or cloud-related solutions.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity generation.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales processes and stakeholder engagement.

- Ability to understand customer business challenges and map relevant cloud solutions.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS knowledge or AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is preferred.
- Experience working with AWS Partner Ecosystem and AWS-funded programs.
- Exposure to Cloud Migration, Application Modernization, Data & Analytics, AI/GenAI, DevOps, Security, or Managed Services opportunities.
- Prior experience selling cloud consulting or professional services is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
