Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Product team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer Success teams to build innovative AI-driven recruiting solutions. You will help define product requirements, analyze user needs, prioritize features, and support product launches that deliver measurable business impact.
This role is ideal for someone early in their product management career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to building products that shape the future of hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis.
- Translate business needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Analyze product metrics, user behavior, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support feature prioritization, roadmap planning, and sprint activities.
- Monitor product performance and recommend data-driven enhancements.
- Assist in product launches, feature rollouts, and post-launch analysis.
- Create and maintain product documentation and process workflows.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to understand customer pain points and market needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SaaS, HRTech, Recruitment Technology, or AI-based products.
- Knowledge of product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Experience with SQL, product analytics tools, or A/B testing is a plus.
