About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Web Developer who can take complete ownership of our technical execution across websites, landing pages, integrations, hosting, automation, tracking, and platform development.
This is not a role for someone who only works within a single framework or technology stack.
We need a versatile developer who can adapt to different platforms, understand business requirements, solve technical challenges independently, and guide junior developers when required.
You will work closely with designers, marketers, project managers, founders, and clients to bring ideas to life and ensure smooth technical delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-converting websites and landing pages from design concepts.
- Build responsive, fast-loading, and scalable web experiences.
- Manage website hosting, deployment, maintenance, and server configurations.
- Handle domain setup, DNS records, SSL certificates, email configurations, and technical infrastructure.
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, CRMs, payment gateways, forms, analytics, and automation platforms.
- Implement tracking systems including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, GTM, conversion APIs, and custom events.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve bugs proactively.
- Optimize website performance, security, SEO, and user experience.
- Work across multiple platforms and technologies based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Guide junior developers and establish best development practices.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and non-technical stakeholders.
- Research, test, and implement new technologies, tools, and workflows.
Must-Have Skills
Full-Stack Development Mindset
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development.
- Ability to work across multiple coding languages and frameworks.
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies quickly.
Website & Landing Page Development
- Experience building websites, landing pages, funnels, and web applications.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile optimization.
Hosting & Infrastructure
- Domain management.
- DNS configuration.
- Hosting environments.
- SSL setup and security implementation.
- Website migrations and deployment processes.
Integrations & Automation
- API integrations.
- CRM integrations.
- Payment gateway integrations.
- Webhooks and automation workflows.
- Tracking and analytics implementation.
Technical Problem Solving
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to independently identify and resolve technical bottlenecks.
Communication
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.

- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Leadership
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Takes ownership of projects from start to finish.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
