Job Title: SQL Database Administrator (DBA)
Location: Pune
Experience Level: 5+ years
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description: SQL Database Administrator (DBA)
We are seeking a skilled SQL Database Administrator (DBA) to manage, maintain, and optimize our SQL Server databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring database performance, integrity, security, and availability.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases.
Monitor database performance, implement tuning and optimization.
Perform regular backups and recovery operations.
Manage security, access controls, and data integrity.
Automate routine tasks and manage scheduled jobs.
Troubleshoot and resolve database issues and outages.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of SQL Server (2016/2019/2022).
Experience in T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
Proficiency in performance tuning and query optimization.
Experience with backup/restore strategies and disaster recovery.
Familiarity with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS is a plus.
Understanding of indexing, partitioning, and replication.
Working knowledge of Windows Server environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
