Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, courteous, and well-organized Receptionist to manage the front office and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, maintain a positive attitude, and efficiently handle administrative and coordination tasks while supporting the daily operations of the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, suppliers, and candidates in a professional manner.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.
- Manage visitor entry registers and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Coordinate with security personnel regarding visitor movements.
Telephone & Communication
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication.
- Handle general enquiries from customers, vendors, and employees.
- Manage official email communications and respond or forward messages appropriately.
Coordination
- Coordinate with various departments for visitor appointments and meetings.
- Assist management with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
- Support travel arrangements and accommodation bookings when required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure cleanliness of reception and meeting areas.
Record Maintenance
- Maintain visitor logs, courier registers, and telephone directories.
- Update contact databases and emergency contact lists.
- Organize and file administrative documents systematically.
Customer Service
- Ensure every visitor receives courteous and professional assistance.
- Address basic enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Escalate issues to the concerned department when necessary.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline.
- Diploma in Office Administration or Customer Service is an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–3 Years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Administrative Assistant.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Pay: From ₹15,211.26 per month
