About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Doctor Consultation Scheduling & Coordination to manage and streamline doctor consultation schedules efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless consultation scheduling between doctors and patients while maintaining operational accuracy and timely execution.
Specifically, this role will involve:
- Scheduling and confirming doctor consultations based on doctor and patient availability.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure consultations are completed smoothly and on time.
- Maintaining accurate consultation records and sharing timely updates with stakeholders.
- Managing and updating data using Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools.
- Following up with doctors, patients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of scheduled consultations.
- Managing multiple coordination tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Supporting day-to-day healthcare operations through effective scheduling and communication.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to responsibilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multiple teams.
- Prior internship or experience in operations, coordination, customer support, or scheduling will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in healthcare operations and coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
