Full job description

Position: Tally Data Entry Operator (Fresher)

Department: Accounts & Finance
Location: Goregaon
Reporting To: Accounts Executive / Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Tally Data Entry Operator (Fresher) to support the Accounts Department by accurately entering financial transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with routine accounting activities. Candidates with basic knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Enter purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers in Tally.
Maintain accurate accounting records and data entry logs.
Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before data entry.
Assist in preparing reports from Tally as required.
Update customer and vendor records in the accounting system.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
Support the Accounts team in day-to-day activities.
Reconcile data entries and identify discrepancies.
Assist in GST-related documentation and record maintenance.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / Any Commerce Graduate.
Tally ERP/Tally Prime certification preferred.
Freshers can apply.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to learn and work in a team environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Commerce background.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to learn accounting and finance processes.
Positive attitude and eagerness to grow in the Accounts field.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
