Job Title: Full Stack Developer & Technical Trainer About the Role
VProTech Digital is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer & Technical Trainer to join our team in Mohali. This dual-role position involves developing and maintaining web applications for live projects while delivering practical, industry-focused training to students and interns.
The ideal candidate should possess strong full stack development expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for mentoring aspiring developers.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive front-end and back-end web applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions for live client projects.
- Develop scalable, secure, and efficient application architectures.
- Integrate databases, APIs, and third-party services as required.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain code quality through documentation, testing, and version control best practices.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Training Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and engaging training sessions in full stack development technologies.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, coding exercises, and project-based learning modules.
- Mentor students and interns on live projects and industry best practices.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support learners in building portfolios and completing capstone projects.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js, or strong expertise in PHP-based development.
- Good understanding of MySQL and database design principles.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, web hosting, and domain management.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and coding best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge, hands-on project experience, and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
