Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP BW on HANA Support Consultant to provide application support, troubleshooting, and optimization for SAP BW systems running on HANA. The role involves incident management, performance tuning, data modeling support, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the BW landscape. Key Responsibilities 1. Production Support Provide L2/L3 support for SAP BW on HANA systemsMonitor system health, data loads, and process chainsResolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLAPerform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions 2. Data Management & Monitoring Monitor and maintain data loads (ETL processes) Analyze and fix issues in process chains, DTPs, InfoPackages Ensure data consistency and integrity across BW layersSupport delta load issues and data reconciliation 3. Performance Optimization Analyze query performance and optimize long-running reportsWork on HANA-based optimizations (code pushdown, AMDP, calculation views if applicable)Tune BW models (InfoProviders like ADSO, Composite Providers)Handle database-level performance issues 4. Modeling Support Support BW objects such as:ADSOsInfoObjectsComposite ProvidersOpen ODS ViewsAssist in minor enhancements and change requests 5. Transport & Release Management Manage transports across landscapes (DEV QA PROD)Ensure proper documentation and approvalsSupport production deployments and hypercare 6. Reporting & Frontend Tools Support SAP reporting tools:SAP BO (Web Intelligence, Analysis for Office)SAP SAC (optional, if relevant)Troubleshoot query/report issues 7.
