Job Description – Quality Trainee

Location: Vasanthanarasapura Industrial Area, Tumkur

Position: Quality Trainee

Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics)

Experience: Freshers

Employment Type: Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in quality inspection of incoming, in-process, and finished products.

Perform visual and dimensional inspections as per quality standards.

Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and related documentation.

Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.

Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.

Coordinate with production teams to maintain product quality.

Participate in quality improvement activities and audits.

Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.

Understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Basic computer knowledge.
