Backend / Full Stack Engineer — Contact Mining & Integrations
About the Role
We're building an AI-powered relationship CRM that helps professionals nurture their
professional network. We're looking for a Backend / Full Stack Engineer to own
contact mining and platform integrations — extracting, enriching, and syncing
contacts from Gmail, LinkedIn, Google Contacts, and other professional platforms.
You'll build reliable data pipelines that turn raw platform data into enriched,
actionable contact profiles.
What You'll Do
- Contact Mining Pipelines — Build integrations that extract contacts from Gmail
(email headers, signatures), Google Contacts, LinkedIn, and other professional
platforms
- Email Intelligence — Parse email threads to extract contact information, detect
relationships, and calculate engagement signals
- Enrichment Pipeline — Work with multi-provider enrichment systems to discover and
verify contact data (phone, email, company, role)
- Data Normalization — Deduplicate, merge, and normalize contacts across sources
(same person from Gmail + LinkedIn + CSV = one profile)
- Background Processing — Design async task workflows for contact discovery,
enrichment, and sync operations
- API Development — Build backend APIs and integration layers consumed by our mobile
app
- AI Integration — Work with LLM APIs for contact summarization, personality
analysis, and relationship insights
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 3+ years backend development experience (Python preferred)
- Strong experience with REST APIs (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
- Experience with async task queues (Celery, Bull, or similar)
- Solid SQL skills — complex queries, indexing, JSON operations
- Experience with third-party API integrations — OAuth flows, rate limiting,
pagination, webhook handling
- Experience with email protocols or email-related APIs (IMAP, Gmail API, Microsoft
Graph, or similar)
- Understanding of data deduplication and entity resolution
- Comfortable with Git, PR-based workflows, CI/CD
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn APIs or LinkedIn data extraction
- Experience with Google Workspace APIs (Gmail, Contacts, Calendar)
- Experience with enrichment/data providers (PeopleDataLabs, Clearbit, Apollo,
ZoomInfo)
- TypeScript / Node.js experience
- Experience with LLM/AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Knowledge of CRM systems and their data models
- Experience with web scraping (Apify, Puppeteer, Playwright)
- Mobile app development experience (Flutter is a plus)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
