About the Role
Shivaay is hiring an experienced Project Manager with deep hands-on expertise in Flutter, Node.js, and React, along with strong deployment and delivery management experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in full-stack development and deployment, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing high-quality web and mobile application projects from start to finish.
This is a full-time, on-site night shift position based in Zirakpur, Punjab, where you’ll lead technical teams, oversee multiple projects, and ensure successful deployments on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end projects built using Flutter, React, and Node.js.
- Oversee the full software development and deployment lifecycle — from planning and architecture to coding, testing, and release.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Manage agile sprints, task distribution, and project timelines.
- Guide and mentor developers, ensuring clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Plan and execute deployment strategies for mobile and web applications (Play Store, App Store, AWS, Firebase, etc.).
- Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines, cloud integrations, and version control (Git).
- Ensure high standards of performance, scalability, and security across all projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Identify potential project risks, bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation measures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development and deployment.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Flutter, React.js, and Node.js.
- Proven experience in deployment management using AWS, Firebase, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, version control systems (Git/GitHub), and automated deployment pipelines.
- Experience in app publishing on the Play Store and App Store.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, database design, and third-party integrations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work the night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Must be available on-site in Zirakpur, Punjab.
