Role Overview As an Application Support Engineer, you will be a critical part of our technology team, responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our applications. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, deploy updates, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to enhance our support processes and product reliability. Location Remote - India Rate / Salary Range 15,000 - 20,000 INR per month Key Responsibilities - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues across our full technology stack. - Deploy, configure, and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS. - Write and maintain scripts in Python to automate support tasks and operational procedures. - Collaborate with software developers to debug and fix issues in Node.js and React.js applications. - Manage and query PostgreSQL databases to investigate and resolve data-related incidents. - Utilize AI/LLM tools like Claude or ChatGPT Codex to accelerate problem-solving and code analysis. - Document technical solutions, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides for internal teams. - Communicate issue status, root cause analysis, and resolutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications - 0.5 to 2 years of experience in an application support or software development role. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline. - A valid software development certification. - Hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, and Python. - Proficiency with PostgreSQL or a similar relational database. - Ability to deploy and manage an application on a cloud platform (GCP or AWS). - Proficient in using AI/LLM tools like Claude or ChatGPT Codex for technical tasks. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools. - Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role.
