Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications across frontend and backend layers
Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue.js)
Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Java, or Python
Work with healthcare data systems such as EHR/EMR, claims, and clinical data platforms
Design and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) to support application functionality and data integrity
Collaborate with product, data, and clinical teams to translate healthcare business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure applications adhere to healthcare compliance and data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA)
Participate in testing, debugging, performance optimization, and code reviews
Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in full stack development or software engineering roles
Experience in backend development using Node.js, Java, or Python
Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services
Familiarity with Git and version control practices
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and basic CI/CD concepts
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue)
