Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Django, PostgreSQL (Raw SQL), React.js with Vite, and modern deployment architectures.
You will be responsible for handling complete software development lifecycles — from backend architecture, database optimization, API development, frontend implementation, deployment pipelines, and scalable infrastructure management.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about building high-performance SaaS platforms, scalable multi-tenant systems, and enterprise-grade web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python & Django
Build robust and optimized backend systems with clean architecture practices
Write advanced and optimized PostgreSQL Raw SQL queries
Develop modern, responsive frontend applications using React.js with Vite
Build, integrate, and maintain secure RESTful APIs
Architect and maintain multi-tenant SaaS platforms
Deploy and manage applications on Linux servers using Nginx, Gunicorn, and CI/CD pipelines
Configure and optimize server infrastructure, reverse proxies, and load balancing
Implement performance optimization, caching, and scalability improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver milestones
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently
Ensure security best practices, code quality, and deployment reliability
Participate in system architecture discussions and technical planning.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
4+ years of experience in Python Full Stack Development
Strong hands-on expertise in Python & Django
Deep understanding of PostgreSQL with strong experience in Raw SQL
Proficiency in React.js with Vite
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience building and maintaining SaaS-based applications
Experience designing and managing multi-tenant architectures
Strong experience with REST API development
Experience with Nginx and Gunicorn deployment configuration
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Experience with Linux server environments
Understanding of load balancing and scalable deployment strategies
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Node.js
Proficiency with Git / Version Control
Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills .

Experience with Django Channels / WebSockets
Redis and caching implementations
Docker & Docker Compose
Cloud deployment experience on AWS / GCP / DigitalOcean
Payment gateway integrations
Experience building real-time systems
Experience with map-based applications

Experience handling high-traffic production applications
Monitoring and logging tools implementation
