Job Summary
The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting technical project planning, execution, and monitoring. The role involves working independently with general supervision and contributing to project success through technical and analytical support.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end spare order management, planning and execution by reviewing scope, developing detailed schedules, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring delivery within approved budgets and resource constraints, with a focus on achieving more than 95% on-time delivery.
Monitor, control, and report project performance by tracking orders, managing backlogs, ensuring schedule adherence, and handling spare order management to meet customer and business requirements.
Identify, assess, and manage risks by implementing proactive mitigation strategies to ensure smooth order execution.
Manage order budgets, resources, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with applicable organizational requirements, along with maintaining strong control over accounts receivables.
Establish and maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and support informed decision-making.
Ensure proper project closure through comprehensive documentation, reporting, and formal handover to relevant stakeholders.
Apply strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and innovative approaches to resolve project/order execution challenges.
Demonstrate strong technical and manufacturing process knowledge to effectively collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams.
Good Knowledge about Microsoft Office, hands on experience on MS- Excel and SAP are required
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pump, compressor, coupling knowledge would be added advantage.
Skills & Qualifications:.
University degree Batchelor of Engineering ( B.E Mechanical preferred) OR relevant degree and at least 3–4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role.

Solid understanding of project management principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong experience in Spares order management
Effective communication and teamwork.
Hands on experience on with MS-Excel, MS Project & SAP
Ability to work independently with general supervision.
