Full job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics, with a proven track record of driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content.
Monitor website performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics and ROI.
Manage social media platforms and increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
Coordinate with designers, developers, content writers, and stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys to improve lead generation and sales.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics , Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other advertising platforms.
Understanding of email marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of content marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

4–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Proven success in lead generation, brand awareness, and performance marketing initiatives.
Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress and marketing automation tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Organic traffic growth.
Lead generation and conversion rates.
