Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced D365 CRM Technical Architect to lead solution architecture, integrations, custom development, and technical governance across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementations.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, Solution Architecture, and Enterprise Application Design.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Architect end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing
✅ Define solution architecture, technical design standards, and implementation best practices
✅ Lead technical discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
✅ Design and oversee integrations with ERP, SAP, third-party applications, and external platforms using APIs and Azure services
✅ Provide architecture guidance for Dataverse, Power Platform, security, governance, and performance optimisation
✅ Review technical designs, code quality, deployment strategies, and solution architecture artefacts
✅ Lead development teams and mentor technical consultants and developers
✅ Drive DevOps, ALM, CI/CD, and release management practices
✅ Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
✅ Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, technical proposals, and architecture presentations
Required Skills & Experience
✔ 8–12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE
✔ Strong expertise in:

✔ Experience designing enterprise integrations using:

✔ Experience leading multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
