What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience leading full-stack engineering teams building Data Intensive SaaS products, enterprise platforms, and AI-powered applications.
- Proven hands-on expertise across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern software architectures.
- Strong knowledge of React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, and API-driven application development.
- Experience designing scalable cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and performance tuning using MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Experience managing engineering teams consisting of Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and AI Engineers.
- Good understanding of Generative AI, LLM applications, AI Agents, RAG systems, prompt engineering, and AI product development.
- Strong experience with software architecture, code quality, engineering processes, sprint planning, and delivery management.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical leadership with people management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end engineering delivery across frontend, backend, cloud, database, DevOps, and AI initiatives.
- Define and review application architecture, technology stack decisions, scalability strategies, and engineering best practices.
- Drive development of SaaS platforms, customer-facing applications, internal systems, APIs, and AI-powered products.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, AI, and Business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Oversee development using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, cloud services, databases, and modern engineering frameworks.
- Mentor engineering teams through code reviews, technical guidance, performance management, and career development.
- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, sprint execution, risk mitigation, and release management.
- Drive adoption of AI technologies, engineering automation, DevOps best practices, and development productivity improvements.
- Establish engineering KPIs, development standards, documentation practices, and delivery excellence.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of software engineering experience with at least 3–5 years in Technical Manager, Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Delivery Leadership roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and REST API development.
- Practical experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and database architecture.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including deployment, monitoring, scaling, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.
- Experience building and deploying AI/LLM-based applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex software products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, engineering metrics, and project management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹1,000,272.98 - ₹1,630,269.67 per year
