Job Title: - Business Development Representative (BDR)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven experience in selling SaaS / IT products. This is an inbound sales role focused on lead qualification, product pitching, and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, consultative selling ability, and experience handling global clients.

Qualification: - Any Graduates

Experience: - 2–5 years of experience in SaaS / IT Product Sales

Location: - Bhubaneswar

Job Type: - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for SaaS / AI products
Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns)
Understand client requirements and position our cybersecurity SaaS solutions effectively
Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
Maintain CRM data and track sales pipeline
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to improve lead conversion
Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience in SaaS / IT Product Sales
Proven track record in B2B sales
Experience in selling AI-based or cybersecurity products is a plus
Strong knowledge of CRM tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand technical IT products and explain them to non-technical clients
Strong negotiation and closing skills
