About the Role
The selected candidate will play a vital role in our Sales team, supporting key growth initiatives and contributing directly to the company's revenue pipeline. Given our lean and dynamic team structure, the intern will work closely with and report directly to the CEO, offering exceptional exposure to leadership and real-world sales decision-making.
This internship provides hands-on experience across the end-to-end sales process within the real estate industry, making it an ideal launchpad for anyone looking to build a career in real estate sales.
Internship Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through digital and offline channels.
- Client Interaction: Assist in basic client communications and negotiations under supervision.
- Customer Research: Understand what drives customer purchase decisions and assist in improving client engagement strategies.
- On-Site Market Research: Visit project sites (accompanied by a senior team member) to gather insights on customer preferences, competition, and local demand.
- Business Mapping: Conduct location analysis to assess business potential and prepare structured reports for the sales team.
- Campaign & Lead Tracking: Monitor sales campaign performance, track incoming leads, and report conversion updates.
- Agency Coordination: Help communicate with and evaluate external sales agencies and channel partners.
- Digital Presence Support: Assist in managing property listings and supporting the company's online presence to drive inbound sales inquiries.
- Strategic Meetings: Attend internal sales meetings and contribute fresh ideas to discussions on growth and client acquisition.

Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field

- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in real estate sales
