Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Experience Range: 8 to 10yrs

8+ years of overall IT experience
6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com development, administration, configuration, and implementation

Hiring Location

Bangalore/Chennai/Kochi/Trivandrum/Pune/Noida/Gurgaon/Kolkata

Must Have Skills

Salesforce Development

Strong hands-on experience in:
- Apex
- Visualforce
- Lightning Components
- Aura Framework
- JavaScript
- SOQL
- Triggers
Experience in at least 3 Salesforce Lightning implementation projects
Experience working on:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Community Cloud

Salesforce Administration & Configuration

Strong experience in:
- Salesforce administration
- Configuration and customization
- Reports & dashboards
- Workflow rules
- Validation rules
- Approval processes
- Record types
- Page layouts
- Security setup
- User/Role/Profile management
Experience migrating reports and dashboards between Salesforce instances

Integrations & Deployment

Experience integrating Salesforce with:
- SOAP / REST APIs
- WSDL
- SSL standards
- Metadata API
- Bulk API
Experience with deployment tools:
- Change Sets
- Eclipse IDE
- ANT Migration Tool
Strong troubleshooting and deployment support skills

Database & Testing

Good understanding of:
- SQL / PL-SQL
- Database schemas
- Stored procedures
Experience in:
- Unit testing
- Test class creation
- Positive and negative scenario testing

Certifications – Mandatory

Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
Salesforce App Builder Certification

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work with onsite US-based teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have Skills

Salesforce Platform Developer II / DEV 501 Certification
Advanced Admin (ADM301) Certification
Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant Certification
Healthcare domain experience
Service Cloud implementation experience
Experience with Java or .NET technologies
Experience with ETL tools such as:
- Informatica
- Boomi
- Cast Iron
- MuleSoft
- Apex Data Loader

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
Create Lightning components using Aura framework
Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, approvals, reports, and dashboards
Perform Salesforce administration and security setup activities
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs
Handle deployments and resolve migration/deployment issues
Collaborate with business stakeholders and onsite teams for requirement gathering and KT
Follow Salesforce coding standards and best practices
Provide production support and issue resolution
