Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in testing Android and iOS applications. You will be responsible for ensuring our mobile applications deliver a seamless, secure, and reliable experience to our users (both business owner and consumers). Experience in utility or b2c, b2b apps just like (Justdial, Indiamart etc.) will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities of Sales Executive:

Perform manual and automated testing of Android and iOS mobile applications.
Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
Present service offerings to clients and conduct negotiations.
Collaborate closely with developers, UI/UX teams, and product managers for timely delivery.
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions, OS versions, and screen resolutions.
Ensure compliance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store guidelines.
Document test findings and provide regular quality reports to stakeholders.
Participate in release planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in mobile app testing (both Android & iOS).
Proven experience with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, TestFlight, Firebase Test Lab, BrowserStack, etc.
Strong knowledge of mobile automation frameworks.
Familiarity with REST APIs, Postman, and backend data validations.
Familiarity with energy tech, solar services, or utility operations, or smart meter apps (preferred).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.

Nice to Have:

ISTQB Certification or equivalent.
Experience in security testing and data privacy compliance.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise.
Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel).
