About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Developer with strong expertise in digital assets, crypto trading systems, and custodial infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and building secure, scalable blockchain solutions, including wallet architecture, trading integrations, and asset management systems. This role also involves contributing to system architecture, security frameworks, and high-performance transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills:
- Design and develop blockchain-based applications for crypto trading platforms
- Build and manage digital asset infrastructure, including wallets, transaction flows, and asset lifecycle management
- Develop, test, and deploy secure smart contracts on networks such as Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, or similar
- Design and implement custodial and non-custodial wallet systems
- Work on crypto custody solutions, including hot wallets, cold wallets, and multi-signature (multi-sig) setups
- Ensure secure storage, transfer, and management of digital assets
- Integrate blockchain components with trading engines, backend services, and APIs
- Optimize transaction throughput, gas efficiency, and network performance
- Implement robust security practices to prevent vulnerabilities, exploits, and fraud risks
- Collaborate with backend, DevOps, security, and product teams for end-to-end delivery
Additional Responsibilities (Enhanced):
- Architect scalable blockchain infrastructure and microservices-based systems
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging for blockchain transactions and wallet operations
- Conduct smart contract testing, auditing support, and vulnerability assessments
- Develop automated tools for transaction tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
- Contribute to protocol integrations (DEXs, DeFi platforms, liquidity pools)
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and technical decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in blockchain development
- Strong experience with digital assets, crypto wallets, and custody solutions
- Hands-on experience with custodian systems and secure asset management
- Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Vyper for smart contract development
- Experience with major blockchain networks (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, etc.)
- Strong understanding of private key management, MPC, and HSM-based security
- Experience building wallet services, transaction systems, and blockchain integrations
- Deep knowledge of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized systems
- Strong backend development experience (Node.js, Python, or Go)
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Proficiency with Git and version control systems
Preferred Qualifications (Enhanced):
- Experience working with crypto exchanges, custodians, or fintech platforms
- Knowledge of institutional-grade custody and compliance frameworks
- Experience in smart contract auditing and blockchain security practices
- Understanding of DeFi protocols, liquidity mechanisms, and trading systems
- Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain bridges
- Exposure to real-time trading engines and order matching systems
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and high-availability systems
