Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Engineer at Daleyork.
Location: Work From Home (Remote)
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹65,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday
As a Full Stack Engineer at Daleyork, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end components. You will translate product requirements into technical solutions, implement responsive user interfaces, build and integrate APIs, and ensure seamless communication between system components.
You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to refine features, improve usability, and enhance system performance. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and optimizing applications for scalability, security, and reliability.
You will also contribute to technical documentation, participate in architecture discussions, and help refine development best practices and workflows within a modern agile environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience owning features end-to-end.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture in cloud or containerized environments.
- Ability to write unit and integration tests and work within CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
