We are looking for energetic and career-oriented Electrical Engineering graduates to join our transformer manufacturing business as Graduate Engineer Trainees. The role offers exposure to transformer design, production, testing, quality assurance, and electrical engineering operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in transformer production, testing, and commissioning activities.
Support routine electrical testing of transformers as per standards and specifications.
Participate in quality control and inspection processes.
Assist in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and test reports.
Coordinate with Mechanical, Production, and Quality teams for smooth operations.
Maintain test records and engineering documentation.
Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of technical issues.
Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
Desired Skills:
Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals.
Basic understanding of transformers, power systems, and electrical machines.
Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and standards is preferred.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, willingness to work in a manufacturing and testing environment.
