Key Responsibilities

Own the platform reference architecture for all SCF modules (payables, receivables, dynamic discounting).
Lead HLD/LLD reviews across squads; enforce architecture guardrails and tech-debt governance.
Design high-throughput pipelines (Spark + Kafka) processing >20M invoices/day at <2 s SLA.
Drive Azure cloud strategy: AKS sizing, Terraform modules, Helm packaging, multi-region HA.
Translate business rules (multi-funder allocation, FX settlement, dynamic discount pricing) into technical design.
Establish CI/CD, coding, and security-by-design standards across the engineering org.
Mentor Team Leads and senior developers; run architecture knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

12+ yrs software engineering; 4+ yrs hands-on architect on large-scale fintech/banking platforms.
Proven event-driven, cloud-native microservices design at millions of financial transactions/day.
Strong Java/Spring Boot; Scala/Akka or Python for data processing.
Production Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and CI/CD.
SCF, trade receivables, or working capital domain knowledge is a significant advantage.
Good to have: Talend ETL, SAP/Oracle ERP connectivity
