Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in MERN Stack development.
Strong hands-on experience with:
MongoDB
Express.js
React.js
Node.js
Strong understanding of JavaScript / ES6+.
Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs.
Good understanding of database design, schemas, queries, and optimization.
Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, validation, and API security.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Understanding of frontend-backend integration and third-party API integration.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to write clean, reusable, maintainable, and scalable code.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to independently manage tasks and take ownership of assigned projects.
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers and interns.

Preferred Skills

Experience working on production-level web applications.
Experience with Redux / Context API / state management.
Knowledge of Next.js will be an advantage.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar.
Knowledge of deployment, CI/CD, Docker, or server management.
Experience with third-party API and payment gateway integrations.
Knowledge of testing frameworks and debugging tools.
Experience working directly with clients.
Previous experience mentoring junior developers.
Knowledge of Laravel or CodeIgniter is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
